The good ol’ boys of Texas are notorious for smoking with mesquite wood for a Texas BBQ, but it has developed over the years as the westerner’s delight. Today, it is often combined with alder or fruit wood to balance out some of the sharpness, if desired. Mesquite is great to test and try with new recipes as it can often be moderated to get just the taste you like best!

All of our wood chunks are thoroughly dried and 100% all-natural… NO additives. Our wood chunks have had all bitter tree bark removed to ensure you're getting maximum smoke of 100% all natural wood. The wood chunks are BIGGER, CHUNKIER, pieces of wood perfect for grilling and barbecuing. The wood chunks are perfect for use in our Gas Smoker Cooker and Wide Gas Smoker Cooker.
